"This letter is to provide reference for Matthew Paszenda, who carried out several carpentry works in my flat over the last 2 years. These works relate to window shutter renovations in the living room, bathroom and kitchen as well as renovation of 7 doors. 

I live in an old Victorian flat, where – in the seventies – lots of the original Victorian features were covered by flat panels, in line with the trend of the time. This made nice Victorian framed works being simplified to the point that did not match the style and age of the flat and which I wished to restore to its former glory after moving in to this flat. Matthew carried out a great work in removing the flat panels, sending down old paint, filling up wholes and rectifying uneven parts as well as reframing missing pieces and ultimately painting them to a nice white colour both with prime undercoat and final white layer of paint. He did the same for my doors, which now look great and impressive, thanks to the good quality of the work done. It is to consider that the windows in my apartment are 220 cm high and the doors are tall, old Victorian doors. 

Matthew works with very high standards, and I was impressed by his attention to details and strive for perfection.
